Collection: Airship Coffee

Founded in 2010 in Bentonville, Arkansas, Airship Coffee grew out of founder Mark Bray's work on sustainable agriculture projects in Central America, where he met countless highly talented coffee farmers. In 2008, Mark and Amber imported their first bag of green coffee — roasting it on a popcorn machine moonlighting as a roaster — and by 2010, Airship was born.

After eight years roasting for local businesses out of their 5th Street warehouse, they cut a hole in the front of the building and opened their first café in 2018. Today Airship runs four human-centered cafes around Bentonville and meticulously sources the finest beans, fostering fair relationships with farmers who share their passion for quality. Their coffee is made "to sit with and savor" — striking the perfect chord between bright and bold.
