RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all coffee and other perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned. That said, in certain situations and at our discretion, we may offer either a partial or full refund after review by our Customer Support team.

Non-perishable merchandise and equipment may qualify for a return unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage, washing, or alterations

  • Returned in original packaging when possible, including the outer shipping box

  • Accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt

All eligible returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

Some products may fall under a manufacturer’s warranty. In those situations, any return or replacement is subject to the warranty terms set by the manufacturer.


Return Process & Refunds

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at calebcwilkinson@gmail.com to request a return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will typically be issued back to the original form of payment. In cases where a product was purchased during a promotion or special event, refunds may be issued as store credit or an electronic gift card, as disclosed at checkout.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds appear within 2–10 business days after processing.

Refunds issued back to the original payment method will reflect the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax where required. If a gift card was used for any portion of the purchase, a new gift card will be issued for the refunded amount.

If the original credit card is no longer active:

  • We will attempt to apply the refund to a new card with the same bank, or

  • Issue a check to the billing address on file if that isn’t possible.
