Subscription Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your BrewIQ coffee subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at support@getbrewiq.com.

 

How to cancel:

  • Log in to your account at getbrewiq.com
  • - Navigate to your subscription settings
  • - Select "Cancel subscription"

Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If a cancellation is received after billing has occurred, you will receive your final shipment and no further charges will be made.

 

Refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard return and refund policy.
