Shipping Costs and Timing
Standard shipping for coffee is $2 per bag, though rates may change without notice. Shipping fees may also vary depending on the items purchased. Occasionally, shipping charges may be waived at our discretion, with or without a promotional code. Certain orders may qualify for free shipping, as noted during checkout, for most U.S. destinations.
Some delivery options may be unavailable for certain locations, may incur additional fees, or may take longer than expected. Any additional shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Coffee is typically roasted-to-order, and shipping times depend on the roasting schedule of the selected product, distance from origin to destination, and the chosen carrier. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor delivery. Please note that deliveries generally do not occur on weekends or holidays.
If any portion of your order cannot ship due to delays, our Customer Service team will reach out with updated information and an estimated shipping date.
Shipping Method
We select the shipping carrier and method for each order based on a number of factors, including the items purchased and, in some cases, the carrier or delivery method. The shipping cost for your order will be shown in the order summary before checkout and must be paid in addition to the product price and applicable taxes.
Most shipments are sent via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS and require a valid shipping address. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Certain orders may be split across multiple shipments or carriers to ensure timely delivery.
