SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs and Timing

We currently ship within the United States only. Our coffees are roasted and shipped directly by our roaster partners.

Subscription orders ship for a flat $3.99.

One-time purchases are calculated at checkout and vary by roaster — typically around $6. Your exact shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you pay. Certain orders may qualify for free or discounted shipping, as noted at checkout. Rates may change without notice.

Orders containing items from multiple roasters may arrive in separate packages.

Coffee is typically roasted to order, so shipping times depend on the roasting schedule of the selected product, the distance from origin to destination, and the carrier. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor delivery. Please note that deliveries generally do not occur on weekends or holidays.

If any portion of your order cannot ship due to delays, our Customer Service team will reach out with updated information and an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Method

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage; shipments sent directly by our roaster partners may use other major carriers such as UPS or FedEx. All shipments require a valid shipping address. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Certain orders may be split across multiple shipments or carriers to ensure timely delivery.
